Switzerland
Swiss law does not provide a general statutory cooling-off or change-of-mind return right for ordinary online purchases.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, APH does not currently offer a voluntary return or size exchange for a non-defective product solely because the customer changes their mind or selected the wrong size.
This does not affect any mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.
European Union - 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify APH before the period expires by sending a clear statement to avtradingzurich@gmail.com. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but use of the form is not mandatory.
After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification. Contact APH before sending the goods so that we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
Unless APH agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind item.
APH will reimburse the payments due after a valid EU withdrawal within 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer are not refundable where the law permits.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Personalised goods
The EU statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised where the legal exception applies.
A standard APH design is not treated as personalised merely because it is produced or printed after an order is placed.
United States
For United States orders, change-of-mind returns are accepted only where the relevant product page expressly provides for them.
This does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal or state law.
Defective, damaged or wrong products
If an item is defective, damaged, materially different from its description or you receive the wrong product, contact avtradingzurich@gmail.com promptly and include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where reasonably useful.
APH will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Do not send a defective item to a production or fulfilment facility unless APH specifically provides that return address.
EU consumers also benefit from the applicable legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.
