ANIMAL PRINT HUB — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Animal Print Hub website. "Animal Print Hub", "APH", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the seller identified in our Legal Notice.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Products
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours, scale and appearance may vary slightly between screens and the physical product.

Material, fit, sizing, care instructions and other product-specific information are provided on the relevant product page. Some APH products are produced, printed or prepared after an order is placed.

We may update product descriptions, availability and prices before an order is accepted.

3. Orders
Before placing an order, you can review the selected products, quantities, delivery information and total price and correct any errors.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm receipt of your order electronically. Unless expressly stated otherwise, an automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee fulfilment.

The order is accepted when APH confirms acceptance or dispatch. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order because of product unavailability, payment failure, an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid for the affected product.

4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices and currencies applicable to your market are displayed on the website and at checkout. The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, is shown before you place your order.

Any import duties, import VAT, customs-clearance fees or similar charges that are not included in the checkout price will be disclosed before purchase where required by applicable law.

5. Shipping and delivery
Available destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we become unable to ship within the promised or legally applicable period, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include accepting a revised delivery date or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

Orders containing more than one item may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.

6. Returns, withdrawal and defective products
Return and withdrawal rights depend on the customer's market and are explained in our Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that applies to your purchase.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Animal Print Hub promptly. APH will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.

7. Intellectual property
The Animal Print Hub and APH names, logos, brand identity, artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, text and other original content on this website may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Liability
Animal Print Hub remains responsible for its obligations as seller. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

To the extent permitted by law, APH is not responsible for delay or failure caused exclusively by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and through the privacy controls made available on the website.

10. Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights
These Terms are governed by Swiss law to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, mandatory jurisdiction rules or other protections that cannot legally be waived in the customer's country of residence.
